 Buyers Refund Program

How Does The Program Work? 

 25% of the buyers commission will be refunded to the buyer within escrow. This money can go towards closing costs, or over all costs. An example, on the purchase of a 1.4M dollar property the buying agent will usually make 2.5% on the property. The refund to the buyer would then be $8,750. Refunded directly to YOU!

Why Don't Other Agents Offer This? We are a smaller, independent, full service real estate firm called Pacific West and Associates. We use different incentives as leverage against the bigger firms. We are a locally owned, started and operated firm right here in LA's Westside. 

Can We Do Everything Else Other Agents At Bigger Firms Can Do? Absolutely! We are all fully licensed and certified Realtors. We are not just Real Estate Agents. Being a full Realtor often allows us to do things in a timelier manner then most. Also, since we are a smaller firm you are our TOP priority and not just a number.

Does This Refund Work With Every Deal? Not necessarily. The main thing here is disclosure. We have to disclose to all sides that the refund is going to happen. Often times in SHORT SALE transactions the bank does not allow refunds or credits. In all other types of real estate sales the refund will not be a problem at all!
